RETURNS POLICY
28 DAY RETURNS
We’re confident you’ll love and enjoy your new purchase, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 28 days of date of delivery. We’ll give you a full refund if the item is ‘as new’ - undamaged, in the original packaging and with all accessories. We reserve the right to make charges for missing items, packaging, damage to the product itself, or excessive damage to the box.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us first to see if there is any way we can help, as many issues are far simpler than they seem, and can easily be rectified. If no resolution can be achieved, you have 14 days from the date of delivery within which to inform us of your intent to return the item. You then have 14 days within which to return the item to us. Items received outside of this window cannot be refunded, so we would advise against sending back on the penultimate day, as even next day deliveries aren't guaranteed by courier companies for next day. The item must be packed exactly as it was originally in order to avoid any potential damage, especially as this could render the item completely unsaleable in the case of a turntable, for example, against which, a refund will not be given, and the item returned to the owner. Any damage caused by improper packing will incur a charge to cover damages.
We recommend the item is fully insured, as a refund will not be able to be processed against a damaged or lost return. We reserve the right to make a suitable charge for any physical damage to the product, and any missing packaging or accessories. We will not refund a product that doesn't match the serial number of the box, or does not match the serial number of the item that was originally despatched. These will be returned to the owner at their expense.
