SHIPPING POLICY
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery within Mainland UK for all items over £150 - under £150 there is a £10 charge. We aim to deliver most orders within 1-3 working days (except for Highlands). Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Some deliveries may be delayed by stock issues, which we will of course inform of as soon as possible.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some of our suppliers forbid their products to be sold online and can only be purchased in store. If you are interested in any of these particular products, please call or email and we will try to accommodate you.
When ordered by credit/debit card, orders will be sent to the registered address of the cardholder - any orders with a different address will be cancelled and refunded. Only orders paid by bank transfer can be sent to an address of your choice.
PRE-ORDERS
After pre-ordering an item, we will inform you of an initial time frame window, and keep you informed of any changes thereafter. This will be outside of our control, but we will do all we can to minimise any inconvenience.
ORDER TRACKING
We use a number of different couriers, but we will always give you access to order tracking so you will know when your order is due.
DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders we can not deliver for any reason, or any order we feel presents a potential fraud issue. You will be notified of this cancellation of the order and the reason why.
